A week after coming from behind to beat Narooma 4-3 in a penalty shootout, Broulee again displayed their finishing prowess to score three goals in extra time and take the title.

May 2014: Important info for parents

Thank you for bringing your child to soccer training and games each week. We appreciate your commitment, and your help keeping your child focused and displaying good sportsmanship.

Our coaches do a great job, but leading a group of children, asking them to follow instructions, while teaching them to be polite and learn new skills can be a tricky.

While watching our children’s training sessions, we parents tend to think that coaches don’t want us interfering in their coaching and will generally hang back. We want to let you know that if you feel your child is not behaving in a way that allows the session to benefit all of the team members, we’d love your support by stepping in and helping us out.

Our coaches are fantastic at what they do, but we all know that an extra adult can make a training session run more smoothly. So please don’t be afraid to jump in if you think the coach can use an extra pair of hands.

February 2013: Smoking Ban at sports grounds

From 7 January 2013, smoking is banned in spectator areas at public sports grounds and other recreational areas in NSW when an organised sporting event is being held.

The ban covers all major sporting facilities and local outdoor sporting facilities, with a fine of $550.
